Service Description

Sigrid has practiced and studied different forms of meditation including loving-kindness meditation, Tong-Len Meditation, Chakra balancing, Visualisation meditation, breath-awareness and mindfulness meditation. Grounded in her background of studying Buddhism she incorporates yogic philosophy, poems and prayers as she guides meditators into deep states of relaxation, opening the heart centre and surrendering to the oneness of it all.
